Customer Care

I handle all my own customer service and fulfill all orders myself. I do my best to check in on my emails and socials throughout the day to ensure I am providing top notch service to my customers. If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please reach out to us on instagram, or submit an email here with your purchase date and the first and last name on the order. For clothing hair items and pet toys all sales are final for sanitary reasons, and I do not allow exchanges for them at this time.

I do not sell customer information to other parties, and do not intend to ever do so.

Porch pickup for cookie orders are at my actual home. I do have security cameras, so by purchasing cookies for porch pickup, you are consenting to being recorded . If you are uncomfortable with this, please reach out, and I will see what other options we can arrange for you.

Wholesale Inquiries

We are currently a cottage bakery at this time, and by Nevada law are unable to offer wholesale. We appreciate you thinking of us.
