Shipping Policy

Ready-made items are shipped out within 72 hours unless specified otherwise on their listing. Certain larger items such as paintings may take a few additional days so that I can ensure everything is safely cushioned and no canvas gets ripped or cut on the way to you. Custom items are subject to longer wait times as they take time to create and prepare for shipping. All dates are estimated as I am only one person and am subject to bad days, sick days, etc. If you see a delay, are looking to get something by a specific date, or have any questions, please reach out to us using any of the methods we have available. I will be happy to reach back out to you and make sure we can do our best to make your dreams come true! At this time I am unable to ship outside of the USA.

Return & Exchange Policy

I understand that we are all human, so I do my best to try to meet people where they are when these uncomfortable situations arise. Should something go very wrong, and you receive something that was not as expected, please reach out to me and I will be happy to try to find a fair resolution to the issue we are having. All sales are final for paintings, resin art, wearable items (hats, scarves, etc.) and pet toys. Each item is hand made and may not look identical to the photos due to this. Please read the listings carefully for the specs so you know what you are getting.
